Role Description

This full-time remote role is for a Twitter / X Engagement Specialist. In this position, you will manage and execute engagement strategies on the social platform Twitter (X) to grow followers, increase interaction with audiences, and enhance GRK Foundation's online presence. Responsibilities include crafting and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to mentions and messages, analyzing social media metrics, collaborating with marketing teams, and executing social media campaigns. As an integral part of the team, you will help establish the organization’s voice and strengthen its digital brand identity.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Twitter/X engagement strategies, social listening, and audience interaction
  • Strong skills in Social Media Strategy and Campaign Management
  • Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Post Scheduling
  • Analytical skills to track social media performance using tools and metrics
  • Ability to foster online community growth and brand presence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing in innovative fields like Web3 or cryptocurrency is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred


Key Responisibilities

  • Strategize and manage daily content to drive organic engagement and brand awareness.
  • Achieve a minimum of 20 million organic impressions per month across all posts.
  • Drive at least 2 million total likes and reposts monthly through compelling, high-quality, and shareable content.
  • Build authentic engagement by connecting with trending topics, communities, and influencers in tech, business, and innovation.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize strategies based on engagement trends.
  • Foster audience growth through consistent interaction and unique voice alignment with the GRK brand.
  • Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to amplify campaigns and launches.


Performance & Compensation:💰 Earnings Based on Performance:

  • Minimum Target: 20 million organic impressions per month
  • Associated Engagement Goal: 2 million likes and reposts across all posts
  • Compensation: ₹ 20,000 for every 20 million verified organic impressions achieved (including the corresponding engagement targets).
  • Additional Revenue Share: As engagement and reach grow beyond set benchmarks, additional bonuses and revenue shares will be offered.
  • Exceptional performers will be considered for long-term social growth partnerships and higher earning tiers.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing or scaling Twitter / X accounts with large organic reach.
  • In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, engagement optimization, and trend utilization.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to track analytics and deliver measurable results.
  • Self-driven, socially active individual passionate about content creation and digital influence.
  • Interest in technology, business, finance, and digital innovation.
