Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Treasury Executive responsible for managing daily payment operations and end-to-end LC (Letter of Credit) documentation. This role ensures efficient fund disbursement, compliance with banking protocols, and timely coordination with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Payment Management:

  • Process day-to-day payments including vendor payments, statutory dues, salaries, and loan servicing.
  • Schedule payments based on due dates and ensure proper authorization and documentation.
  • Monitor bank balances and fund transfers to optimize liquidity.
  • Prepare and maintain payment MIS reports for daily and weekly reviews.
  • Reconcile payment entries in the ERP system with bank statements.
  • Handle online banking platforms and ensure accuracy in payment execution.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Procurement for timely invoice clearances.

LC Documentation:

  • Manage complete documentation for opening, amending, and settling Letters of Credit (LCs).
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with LC terms.
  • Verify and submit shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.) as per LC requirements.
  • Track LC utilization and expiry dates, and ensure timely closure or extension where required.
  • Maintain proper filing of LC-related documents for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in treasury operations, with exposure to LC documentation and payment processing.
  • Good understanding of trade finance instruments (LC, Bank Guarantee, Buyer’s Credit).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, online banking platforms, and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive transactions.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.

Reporting to: Finance Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
