IT Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure at Brandworks Technology Pvt Ltd. As the IT Manager, you will have the following key responsibilities: Hardware Management: - Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware infrastructure, which includes servers, computers, printers, and peripheral devices. - Manage hardware inventory to ensure the availability of equipment and spares. - Implement best practices for hardware life cycle management, including upgrades, replacements, and disposal. Network Management: - Ensure the proper design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches. - Monitor network performance, security, and scalability to meet organizational needs and promptly resolve network-related issues. - Manage wireless infrastructure to ensure smooth connectivity across locations. Security Management: - Implement network and hardware security protocols to prevent unauthorized access and cyber threats. - Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations through regular security audits and risk assessments. Vendor and Asset Management: - Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement and network services. - Negotiate contracts for hardware acquisition, support, and maintenance services. - Track and manage hardware and networking assets for optimal utilization and cost-efficiency. Compliance & Documentation: - Maintain accurate documentation of hardware and network configurations, changes, and issues. - Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards such as ISO and ITIL. - Stay updated with new trends and technologies in the IT hardware and networking domain and recommend improvements. Budgeting & Planning: - Plan and manage the budget for hardware purchases and networking infrastructure. - Forecast future hardware and networking needs based on business growth and technology trends. - Optimize cost and performance of IT hardware and network systems. Disaster Recovery & Backup: - Develop and implement disaster recovery strategies for network and hardware systems. - Ensure regular data backups and smooth recovery of critical IT infrastructure in case of failure. User Support & Troubleshooting: - Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for hardware and network issues faced by end users. - Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents related to hardware and networking. - Implement proactive monitoring tools to anticipate and resolve hardware and network problems. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: - Monitor hardware and network performance to ensure optimal operation. - Identify and implement opportunities for improving hardware and network performance, including upgrading components or reconfiguring systems. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off. The job is located in Vasai, Palghar, Maharashtra. Prior experience in IT management for at least 5 years is preferred.,
