**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a Travel Support Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end travel arrangements for the organization, ensuring seamless and cost-effective travel experiences for employees and management. This will involve close coordination with travel agencies, vendors, and internal teams, managing travel-related logistics, documentation, and budgeting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Arranging Travel: Book flights, accommodation, rental cars, and other transportation based on traveler needs and preferences. Research, compare, and negotiate travel packages for cost-effective options. - Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for travelers and travel arrangers, assisting with queries, concerns, and addressing travel disruptions. - Internal Coordination: Collaborate with departments, managers, or teams to understand travel needs and ensure alignment. - Travel Documentation: Ensure all travel documents (visas, tickets, insurance, etc.) are obtained and up to date. - Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors for quality service. - Compliance: Ensure travel policies, budgeting guidelines, and safety protocols are followed. - Risk Management: Address travel disruptions and emergencies, ensuring travelers are prepared. - Cost Optimization: Look for ways to reduce travel costs without compromising service quality. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, receipts, and expenses. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in travel coordination, preferably in a corporate setting. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple travel arrangements. - Attention to detail, time management, clear communication, and customer service skills. - Critical thinking, flexibility, resourcefulness, and strong decision-making skills. - Experience with travel booking systems like Concur, Sabre, or Amadeus. - Empathy, patience, customer orientation, and cultural sensitivity. - Stay informed about global travel trends, visa requirements, and travel advisories. - Build trust with travelers and prioritize their safety and needs. **Additional Company Details (if present):** NES Fircroft is an award-winning staffing specialist supplying technical and engineering experts worldwide.
