Annalect India is seeking a Analyst experience in expense audit management and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. Responsibilities:
  • Collect and organize expense documentation including receipts and invoices
  • Accurately enter expense data into our agency’s expense reporting system
  • Review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with agency policies and client T&E guidelines
  • Submit expense reports to appropriate approvers for approval
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues with expense reports
  • Provide support and guidance on expense reporting matters
  • Publish and prepare month end reports including Ad-hoc reports
  • Resolve queries related to expense reimbursements.
  • Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects (as required)

You will be working closely with

Agency employees / members of agency Finance Team and will have responsibilities to achieve group goals with respect to employee expense management and accounting support.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience in AP/Expense Reimbursement Operations (mandatory).
  • Having prior experience into T/E audit processes is (Preferred)
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools
  • Flexibility to take up different assignments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
  • Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
