HIRING FOR TRAVEL EXECUTIVE FOR MULTINATIONAL BPO IN NOIDA LOCATION.

We are urgently hiring for a Customer Support Executive Voice Process (Travel Domain) to join our team in Noida Location. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a Travel Voice Process, along with working knowledge of Amadeus GDS tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice-based customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
Assist customers with flight reservations, ticketing, and travel-related support using Amadeus GDS tools.
Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Resolve queries in a professional and timely manner while adhering to company policies.
Manage shift responsibilities and ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 months in a Travel Voice Process.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Amadeus or other GDS platforms.
Communication: Must be fluent in English with certification or equivalent proficiency.
Shifts: Rotational shifts (24x7 support).
Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational week off).

Salary & Benefits:

CTC:

4.5 LPA (Depending upon last drawn)
