Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Ticketing Executive to manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ticketing Operations: Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets. Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements. Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly. 2. Customer Support: Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift. Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies. 3. System Handling: Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance. Ensure accurate data entry and booking processes. 4. Coordination: Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations. Update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies. 5. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports. Follow company policies and adhere to industry regulations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 12 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage. Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup. Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment (for holidays/week-offs). Preferred Qualifications: Candidates based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat will be given preference. Position Title: International Ticketing Executive Location: Ahmedabad, India Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced International Ticketing Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of international flight bookings, including reservations, ticket issuance, fare construction, reissuance, refunds, and customer support. You will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and professional ticketing services to ensure a smooth travel experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Flight Reservations & Ticket Issuance: Book and issue international air tickets using GDS platforms (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre), ensuring accuracy in fare selection and itinerary construction. 2. Reissuance, Exchanges & Refunds: Process ticket modifications, cancellations, reissues, and refunds in accordance with airline policies and fare rules. 3. Fare Construction & Optimization: Construct and verify international fares and routings manually and through GDS to ensure cost-effective options for clients. 4. Customer Support: Assist clients with queries related to international flights, including baggage policies, seating, check-in requirements, and schedule changes. 5. Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with airline regulations, IATA standards, visa and entry requirements, and international travel advisories to provide accurate information. 6. PNR Management: Manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) efficiently, ensuring they are ticketed, updated, and queued as needed for follow-up actions. 7. Coordination with Airlines & Vendors: Liaise with airline representatives to resolve ticketing issues, confirm special service requests (SSR), and ensure smooth communication. 8. Accuracy & Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of tickets issued, fare sheets, refunds processed, and supplier communications for audit and reference. 9. Reporting & Reconciliation: Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice generation, fare reconciliation, and payment processing. 10. Handle Group Bookings (if required): Support group fare negotiations and manage group PNRs for international travel. Qualifications: Minimum 24 years of hands-on experience in international air ticketing . Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.). Familiarity with IATA and airline fare rules, refund policies, and international routing. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good written and verbal communication in English; additional language skills are a plus.
