Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Develop and implement effective travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless travel support and services.
  • Analyze travel trends and preferences to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members on travel-related tasks and responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of travel activities, including bookings, cancellations, and expenses.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in travel management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, modes of transportation, and accommodation options.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Proficient in using travel management software and technology to streamline processes.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
