Itinerary Planning: Developing customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall sales goals of the organization.
Identify and prospect for new corporate clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate clients to retain accounts and foster loyalty. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets and increase market share. Developing and executing sales strategies, creating compelling sales proposals, and delivering presentations to prospective clients Utilize CRM software and other tools to track sales activities, monitor progress, and report on sales performance and revenue growth. Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales efforts. Working with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
