Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily school transport operations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely maintenance of vehicles.
• Plan routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Supervise drivers, conductors, and attendants.
• Enforce student safety protocols during travel.
• Handle parent and staff communication regarding transport.
• Maintain records of vehicles, staff, and licenses.
• Manage transport budget and control costs.
• Implement emergency response procedures.
  

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in transport management (preferably in the education sector).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and fleet management.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and ensure high standards of service.
