📌 Role Description

We are inviting passionate and dedicated Early Years Educators to join our ASPAM Seedling team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida, India.

The role involves:

Leading Parent-Toddler sessions and Playgroup classes

Designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth

Working closely with parents to foster collaborative learning

Ensuring a safe, joyful, and stimulating classroom environment

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Education or equivalent

Strong understanding of child development & early years pedagogy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A caring, patient, and creative teaching approach

💼 Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in Early Childhood / Montessori / Playgroup teaching

Experience in Parent-Toddler programmes will be an added advantage
