Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Educator for a full-time, on-site position located in Pune. This role involves planning and implementing engaging learning activities, fostering a supportive environment for children, promoting their cognitive and social development, and communicating regularly with parents. The successful candidate will also ensure the safety, well-being, and progress of each child while maintaining a clean and organized learning space.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Knowledge and practical experience in Early Childhood Development
• Creativity and the ability to design innovative and interactive learning activities
• Proficiency in Working With Children, including understanding their needs and behavior
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage daily activities, schedules, and learning materials effectively
• Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing and patient demeanor
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification are a plus
