Job Role: Program Manager The Program Manager at Amra plays a pivotal role in supporting the rhythm of daily operations while also expanding the organisation’s reach through outreach, events, and relationship-building. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both strategic planning and meaningful connection within the school and beyond. Key Responsibilities Outreach & Community Building Represent Amra in parenting groups, community forums, early childhood events, and professional platforms. Build and nurture partnerships with local organisations and experts to enhance visibility and foster collaborative growth. Support Amra’s storytelling and outreach efforts in collaboration with the communications team by sharing authentic stories and reflections from the ground. Program Execution & Daily Operations Ensure smooth daily functioning of all programs by coordinating with educators and preparing the environment. Manage day-to-day operations including schedules, staffing, materials, and transitions. Uphold high standards of quality through regular observation, feedback, and continuous problem-solving. Internal Communication & Team Support Serve as the bridge between the leadership team, educators, and support staff to ensure clarity and alignment. Support the planning process, team meetings, and documentation cycles to promote reflective practice and consistency. Communication with Parents Be the primary point of contact for families, helping them navigate their journey with Amra. Lead family events, parent orientations, and Open Houses with warmth and clarity. Build trusting relationships with parents through ongoing communication and active listening. Strategic Growth Support Contribute to enrolment initiatives, workshops, and public-facing events that expand Amra’s presence and impact.
