Job Title: Toddler Teacher Location: LITTLE incisors Preschool and Daycare Reports to: Center Head / Academic Coordinator Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Job Summary The Toddler Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 1.5 to 3 years. The role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development, while ensuring each child feels valued and secure. Key Responsibilities Child Care & Safety Supervise toddlers at all times, ensuring a safe and clean environment. Maintain hygiene practices such as handwashing, diaper changing, and toilet training as per policy. Follow all safety, health, and emergency procedures. Curriculum & Learning Activities Plan and conduct daily activities that encourage language, motor skills, creativity, and social interaction. Use play-based learning methods, including music, movement, art, and storytelling. Adapt activities to meet the individual needs of each child. Classroom Management Maintain a warm, positive, and respectful classroom atmosphere. Arrange materials and equipment for easy access and child participation. Keep attendance and daily progress records. Parent Communication Share daily updates on meals, naps, and activities through verbal or written communication. Discuss developmental milestones and concerns with parents in a professional manner. Team Collaboration Work closely with co-teachers and support staff to maintain smooth classroom operations. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. Qualifications & Skills Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred). 1–2 years experience working with toddlers or young children in a preschool/daycare setting. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices. Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 15–20 kg and engage in active play.
