Early Childhood Teacher

You will be responsible for the following in the role of an Early Years Educator at ASPAM Seedling: - Leading Parent-Toddler sessions and Playgroup classes - Designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities - Supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth - Working closely with parents to foster collaborative learning - Ensuring a safe, joyful, and stimulating classroom environment To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Education or equivalent - Strong understanding of child development & early years pedagogy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A caring, patient, and creative teaching approach Ideally, you should also possess: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Early Childhood / Montessori / Playgroup teaching - Experience in Parent-Toddler programs will be an added advantage If you are passionate and dedicated to providing young learners with a strong foundation in a nurturing environment, this full-time, on-site role in Noida, India could be the perfect fit for you.
