Your Profile

Proven leadership in Application Maintenance (250+ FTEs), across technologies and geographies

Experience in transformation, change management, and continuous improvement

Hands-on with RPA, Gen AI, NoOps, Incident reduction, Six Sigma/Lean

Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making

Knowledge of ITIL practices (certification preferred)

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills

Your Role

Drive productivity and transformation initiatives (ZeroOps, Automation, Gen AI, etc.)

Manage senior stakeholders across Capgemini and client organizations

Ensure high standards in Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes

Lead cost optimization and industrialization efforts to improve contribution margins

Collaborate with account teams to implement transformation levers and manage risks
