Transformation Manager

Transformation Leaders acts as a bridge between field teams (FLS, ACH, CH, RH) and the Central transformation team (Agency Strategy team) in transformation journey

Role & responsibilities

• Dual Responsibility: Direct execution in their assigned branches Supervise and develop ATMs reporting to them

• Team Leadership: Own the recruitment, development, and performance of assigned ATM Address ATM vacancies and ensure full staffing

• Governance & Oversight: Ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives by both self and ATMs Lead cadence calls; report adoption rates, feedback, and progress to zonal and central stakeholders

• Stakeholder Alignment: Proactively engage sales (ACH, CH, RH & ZH) and support teams to drive transformation alignment and momentum
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ year's experience in Sales / Sales training.Team handling experience of 5+ years.

• Any Graduate
  
• Must be good in the following.
  - Excel/Macros- Power point presentations- MIS report generation
