As a Transformation Manager, you’ll take on a unique mix of challenges that require strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong relationship-building skills: Driving complex pilots from idea to impact – You’ll take ownership of high-value pilots, often for early-stage Accurx products like Scribe or Patient Triage, working closely with NHS teams to design, deliver, and evaluate these initiatives. Your ability to define success metrics, track outcomes, and demonstrate ROI will be key to turning pilots into long-term solutions that transform how care is delivered. Navigating NHS complexity with confidence – You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Acute Trusts, Community and Mental Health Trusts, GP practices, and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). This means aligning different priorities, overcoming organisational barriers, and bringing diverse teams together around a shared vision for better patient care. Scaling transformation at pace – You’ll ensure every new team using Accurx products feels confident and supported from day one. This includes delivering engaging training, creating scalable resources, and building strong internal champions to embed change. Your work will enable services to adopt innovation quickly and sustainably, reducing administrative burden and improving care delivery at scale. Shaping product and strategy through insight – You’ll gather feedback directly from NHS teams and use this to influence product development and strategic decisions. Your ability to identify trends, anticipate needs, and advocate for users will ensure our solutions continue to solve the real problems faced by frontline staff. Data Analysis – Proficient in using analytical techniques to derive insights from large data sets and dashboards, supporting data-driven decision-making.
