Job Title: Transformation Lead - Finance (Digital and SAP) Business/Channel/Function: Finance and Accounts Location: Mumbai Purpose: This role will be responsible for spearheading the digital transformation journey for the Finance function for CulverMax Entertainment Pvt Ltd (Formerly known as Sony Pictures Networks India). Education: Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred: Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related digital technologies. Experience: 10+ years. Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within the Finance function, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Industry Preference: Media & Entertainment, IT/ITES, Telecom. Role Overview: This role will be pivotal in driving the integration of cutting-edge digital technologies, particularly SAP S/4HANA, to optimise finance operations, improve process efficiency, and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the Finance function that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives Lead the development and execution of the end-to-end finance transformation roadmap, aligned with the organization’s digital strategy. Drive continuous improvement in SAP environment. Drive SAP realignment as per the changing needs of the business Administrator of Master Data to ensure high quality master data is maintained and used across digital platforms Draw up business cases for tech implementations with clear deliverables and benefits and drive governance to ensure benefits are delivered Partner with Enterprise Tech to ensure the best Tech environment for SPNI Finance Drive the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA across key finance processes, including P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A, to enhance financial processes, reporting, and data management. Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless integration and adoption. Identify and implement automation opportunities, including RPA, AI, and analytics, to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and informed decision-making. Establish governance structures and change management plans to ensure the adoption of new processes and systems. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives and ensure continuous improvement. Skillset required Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and best practices. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and process improvements. Experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and digital transformation.
