Your Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Application Maintenance operations across multi-technology environments including SAP, BI, and Cloud & Cognitive Automation (C&CA).
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation using levers like Automation, Gen AI, NoOps, and Lean/Six Sigma.
- Ensure high standards in Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management aligned with ITIL practices.
- Manage senior stakeholders across Capgemini and client organizations.
- Own and execute industrialization and cost optimization plans to improve contribution margins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change management and improve KPIs/SLA performance.

Your Profile
- 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, Application Maintenance, and managed services.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams (250+ FTEs) across geographies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics, ROI measurement, and service delivery transformation.
- Hands-on experience with RPA, Gen AI, Agentic AI, NoOps, and Lean/Six Sigma.
- Certifications in ITIL and Six Sigma preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
