Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Transaction Manager - Sourcing/Closing - Real Estate, located in Surat, Gujarat. The Transaction Manager will be responsible for sourcing leads and converting them to clients, managing and nurturing the client relationship, providing end-to-end support, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will have experience in the real estate sector, a good understanding of sales, negotiation, and customer service. The Transaction Manager will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that client requirements are met.

Qualifications

· Bachelors degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration, or a related field

· Proven experience as a Sales Manager, MANDATORY in the real estate industry

· Good understanding of sales, negotiation, and customer service principles

· Ability to deliver results and meet sales targets

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

· Understanding of current market trends and commercial awareness

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies

· Valid drivers license and own vehicle
