Job Description

As a Transaction Manager, you will play a crucial role in strategizing, evaluating, and executing real estate transactions to cater to the business and occupancy needs of clients. Your responsibilities will include defining space requirements, identifying suitable alternatives, recommending appropriate occupancy solutions, and negotiating lease and ownership terms on behalf of clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering client relationships and contributing to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain work relationships with Reporting Manager (BL Head), Reportees (Transaction Managers/Business Development Managers), BD Manager for enquiry management (as assigned by BL Head), and Inventory Management Teams. - Collaborate effectively with the team members and report to the Reporting Manager accordingly. Qualifications Required: - A tertiary qualification in sales is preferred, although emphasis will be placed on experience and skills. - Possession of a Real Estate related qualification will be considered an advantage. In this role, you are expected to have: - 5-7 years of experience in real estate consulting or other strategic consulting practices. - A good understanding of the real estate business. - Ability to work independently with limited supervision. - Result-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and excel. - Proficiency in using the MS Office suite. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. - Strong analytical skills and a grasp of corporate planning. - Exceptional people management skills. - Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail. - Clear, logical, and concise communication abilities. - Proactive approach towards taking on additional responsibilities. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
