Job Description

The Corporate Sales Manager plays a crucial role in generating leads for a business line and managing the development of the lead to a stage where the win probability is high. Your primary role will involve prospecting for new clients through various methods such as networking, cold calling, or advertising to generate interest from potential clients. You will need to plan persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential clients to engage in business with the company. Developing a strong rapport with new clients and providing ongoing support to enhance the relationship will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for growing and retaining existing accounts by introducing new solutions and services to clients. Strategic planning is a vital component of this position as you will be tasked with developing the pipeline of new business for the company. This will require a comprehensive understanding of the market, the solutions/services offered by the company, and knowledge of competitors.
