CORPORATE SALES MANAGER

• Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand the company’s market presence.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service at every stage of the sales process.
• Sales Forecasting and Analysis: Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Overseeing Pricing and Negotiations: Assist in pricing strategy and lead negotiations with customers to ensure profitable deals.
• Monitoring Sales Performance: Track and assess the performance of the sales team through KPIs and regular reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to align sales initiatives with broader company goals.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales services and addressing any issues promptly.
