Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Executive to manage and execute financial transactions with precision. This role involves processing payments, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain and update financial records to ensure data integrity.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Finance and Accounting, to resolve any discrepancies.

• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and documentation related to transactions.

• Support vendor payments, invoicing, and reconciliations as needed.

• Assist in implementing and optimizing financial systems and workflows.


Candidate Requirements:

• Immediate joiner preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in a transactional or financial role; experience in a dynamic environment is a plus.

• Strong organisational and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (e.g., ERP, CRM tools).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure.

• Detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and working independently as well as part of a team.
