Must Have’s :

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, or related field

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a corporate trainer, communications trainer, or in L&D roles

• Experience in customer service, healthcare, or industries preferred

• Background in training customer-facing teams and business development professionals


Your Day :

• Design and implement comprehensive communication training programs tailored for CX agents and business development professionals

• Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive training sessions focused on veterinary communication nuances

• Create engaging training materials including videos, presentations, and assessment tools

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness

• Project management skills for managing multiple training initiative Data analysis skills for interpreting training metrics and ROI
