Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager based in Hyderabad. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, coordinating training sessions, and assessing training needs. The role also involves providing ongoing support and feedback to teachers and staff, ensuring all training materials are up-to-date and effective, and managing the training budget. Additionally, the Training Manager will collaborate with other departments to align training objectives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing training programs and coordinating training sessions
• Skills in assessing training needs and providing ongoing support and feedback
• Ability to manage training materials and training budget effectively
• Proficiency in collaborating with other departments to align training objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools is beneficial
