Training Manager

Position Overview:

As a Training Manager at GREENWORLD International, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, develop relevant training materials, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and requirements within the organization.
• Develop training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
• Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
• Evaluate training programs to ensure they meet objectives and make improvements as necessary.
• Monitor employee performance and development through training programs.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Manage training budget and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of training and development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in training software and tools.
• Certification in training and development is a plus.
