Visa/Documentation Manager GREENWORLD International

Position Overview:

As a Visa/Documentation Manager at GREENWORLD International, you will be responsible for managing the visa and documentation processes for employees and clients. You will ensure compliance with immigration laws, facilitate visa applications, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the visa and documentation process for employees and clients, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
• Facilitate visa applications, including gathering necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of visa and documentation status for employees and clients.
• Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and regulations, and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and clients regarding visa and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with external agencies, such as embassies and consulates, to expedite visa processing when necessary.
• Ensure timely renewal of visas and work permits for employees.
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure all documentation is in compliance with company policies and local laws.
• Handle any visa or documentation-related issues that may arise, providing timely solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in visa and documentation management, preferably in a similar industry.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Certification in immigration law or documentation management is a plus.
