📍 Role Overview

We’re hiring a proactive Admin (Property Management Support) to assist with property operations, communication, and administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

📍 Key Responsibilities

Track and update maintenance work orders & vendor tasks
Support tenant communication and lease documentation
Schedule showings, inspections, and meetings
Manage emails, records, and prepare simple reports

📍 Requirements

2+ years of administrative experience
Proficiency with tools: Google Workspace, AppFolio, Buildium, Innago, Slack, Airtable, Monday.com
Stable Wi-Fi connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
Laptop or desktop computer
Strong communication & organizational skills
Prior property management experience is a plus
