Project Manager – Rehab Properties (Civil Engineer Background)

This is your chance to lead U.S. residential and commercial property rehab projects—right from India! You’ll work directly with U.S. real estate clients, vendors, and our internal team, making an international impact while growing your career in project management.

🔑 What You’ll Do

Manage U.S. vendors and contractors, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery

Plan & track projects: SOPs, SOWs, client reports, and progress updates

Design layouts using AutoCAD to guide rehabilitation solutions

Oversee budgets & vendor payments with strong financial tracking

Collaborate daily with U.S. clients and our internal team

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Civil Engineering degree (preferred)

3–5 years in project management / rehab / construction

Proficiency in AutoCAD + project management tools

Great communicator, independent, and ready to work U.S. hours (night IST)

Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, Ramp, etc.
