Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at GREENWORLD International, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will lead a team of digital marketers and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and promotion.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI and engagement.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and IT, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, including ROI, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with a strong track record of driving online traffic and customer acquisition.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and CRM systems.
  • Certification in digital marketing or related field is a plus.
