Training Manager

Job Description You will be joining Edelweiss Life Insurance as a Training Manager based in Thrissur. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. This role requires you to assess training needs, create training materials, conduct workshops, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training sessions. Additionally, you will work closely with team leaders to ensure that the training aligns with organizational goals and promotes continuous development.
