Training Manager

Job Purpose

The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee skills and improve business performance across functions mainly sales, debt management. This role will ensure that all training initiatives are aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions on different products and functions. Facilitate induction programs for new hires.

• Develop training modules in collaboration with product, sales, and debt teams to create engaging and relevant training content

• Assess training effectiveness using feedback, quizzes, tests, and on-the-job performance metrics.

• Maintain training MIS and generate periodic reports on learning outcomes

• Liaise with Area managers, Territory managers of sales and debt management to identify training needs

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in L&D Field preferably in NBFC domain and regular connect with Field team directly. The training effectiveness metric in current assignment is additional advantage

Functional Competencies

• Understanding of NBFC operations, financial products, and services (e.g., personal loans, vehicle finance, gold loans, etc.).
• Knowledge of customer segments and market trends
