Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Create and update training materials and manuals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain training records and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with business objectives.
  • Manage training logistics and coordinate with external vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in Learning & Development or training coordination.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in training or development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD).
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
