Conduct employee orientation & induction programme. 7. Ensure statutory compliances of PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity etc. 8. Maintain updated employees data and exit data. 9. Oversee Housekeeping, Security, Canteen & office infrastructure. 10. Monitor company vehicles, IT equipment & office assets. 11. Ensure safety, heath & environment compliance in admin & plant. 12. Handle all legal files & liasoning with the government authorities. 13. Responsible for the trainings in the company. 14. Responsibe for First aid, Fire extinguishers should be maintain. 15. Maintain all the stationery. 16. Close coordination with the accounts department for salary making, pay slips, PF, ESIC, Bonus & gratuity benifits. 17.
