The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing the best talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in recruitment are welcome to apply.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms.
Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Work closely with the HR team to meet hiring needs within timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
MBA/ MA/MSW in Human Resource Management.
