Roles and Responsibilities

1.Handle customer queries and requests via non-voice communication channels (email, chat, etc.).

2.Process orders, data entries, and other back-office tasks efficiently.

3.Ensure timely resolution of issues and follow up as required.

4.Maintain accurate records of communication and transactions.

5.Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues when necessary.

6.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures..
