Candidates who are able to speak Spanish and English language fluently can apply for the job. irrespective of fresher or experienced.
1. Interface with US customers via inbound calls.

3. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
4. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problems.
5. Support customers across telecommunications.
1. Any Graduate BE/Btech freshers / Under-Graduate / drop out / Post Graduates can apply.
2. Spanish Fluency level: B1 most preferable B2.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In Spanish and English.
