Location : [Chennai,Nungambakkam] Department : Sales Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and ambitious International Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, support the international sales process, and contribute to expanding our business across international markets. Key Responsibilities: Support the international sales team in managing relationships with overseas clients and partners. Handle inquiries from international customers and provide product or service information. Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for global clients. Research and identify new international business opportunities. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, customer support) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Maintain records of client communications, orders, and feedback in the CRM system. Help organize participation in international trade shows, exhibitions, and online sales events. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and global sales best practices. Follow up on leads and support closing small to mid-sized sales under the guidance of senior team members. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field./ Any degree Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (international exposure is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of international trade and sales processes. Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English; additional language(s) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to working with international clients or markets. Familiarity with export documentation or INCOTERMS is a plus. Cultural sensitivity and a global mindset.

Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls to assess agent performance against quality benchmarks. Provide detailed feedback and coaching to agents to improve call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Identify gaps in process knowledge or soft skills and recommend targeted interventions. Maintain accurate quality reports and dashboards; present insights to leadership and suggest continuous improvement actions. Assist in root cause analysis of quality issues and collaborate on corrective action plans.
