Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Strong technical knowledge in electrical distribution system ,DG sets ,UPS ,Transformers BMS system ,Fire alarm & fire fighting system ,sprinklers ,High side & low side HVAC systems coordinating and overseeing facility operations, including EHS, cafeteria, maintenance, security. Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, and grounds to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility improvement projects. Assist in managing the facility budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-effective solutions for facility-related operations. Coordinate with various departments to address facility-related requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Oversee facility-related documentation, including maintenance records, safety reports, and compliance documentation. Assist in conducting regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement. Support the implementation and adherence to environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures within the facilities. Provide leadership and supervision to facility staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards and procedures. Good exposure in preparing reports Daily/weekly/ monthly reports MMR reports. Requirements:- Proven experience in facility management or a related role, demonstrating a strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers. Proficiency in using facility management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools for documentation and reporting.
