Previous experience of leading teams MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Assigns team members the duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standard of cleanliness Should have an eye for detail and the ability to effectively deal with clients, other departments and housekeeping staff Maintains clear, efficient communication and coordination with engineering and front of the house teams Schedules the cleaning of the carpets, upholstery, along with the deep cleaning projects and window cleaning necessary Schedules periodic major cleaning projects Inventories cleaning supplies and ordering to ensure adequate supplies Coordination with vendor partners and investigates concerns regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action Ensures proper key control procedures are utilised by the staff Co-ordinate with vendors e.g.: Pest control, Horticulture, Floor maintenance, Facade maintenance Submit requests for repair and periodic maintenance of cleaning equipment s Schedule and complete all PPM works and also audit the works completed by vendors with AMC contracts.

Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Strong technical knowledge in electrical distribution system ,DG sets ,UPS ,Transformers BMS system ,Fire alarm & fire fighting system ,sprinklers ,High side & low side HVAC systems coordinating and overseeing facility operations, including EHS, cafeteria, maintenance, security. Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for building systems, equipment, and grounds to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility improvement projects. Assist in managing the facility budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-effective solutions for facility-related operations. Coordinate with various departments to address facility-related requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Oversee facility-related documentation, including maintenance records, safety reports, and compliance documentation. Assist in conducting regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement. Support the implementation and adherence to environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures within the facilities. Provide leadership and supervision to facility staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards and procedures. Good exposure in preparing reports Daily/weekly/ monthly reports MMR reports. Requirements:- Proven experience in facility management or a related role, demonstrating a strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and proactive problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers. Proficiency in using facility management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools for documentation and reporting.
