What You Will Do
• Monitor biomass CHP units using advanced digital tools.
• Identify issues in real time and take remote actions to stabilize system performance.
• Ensure smooth 24/7 operations with minimal downtime.
• Support field and commissioning teams via calls, messages, and email. • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
• Maintain and update SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and technical documents.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Train and guide local service staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for upgrades and technology enhancements.
• Analyse performance data to propose preventive and predictive maintenance actions.
• Work on improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Stay updated with new technologies in the renewable energy space.
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in renewable energy (Biomass/CHP preferred) • Knowledge of remote monitoring systems and engineering fundamentals
• Understanding of data analysis for performance improvement
• Strong English communication; German/Japanese is a plus
• Flexibility for travel and rotational shifts (including weekends)
