Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Training Executive to join our team at Le Mridien. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support team members' growth and success.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
