Training Coordinator

Job Title: Training & Process Coordinator Department: Performance Management & Operations About the Role We are seeking a Training & Process Coordinator to design, implement, and monitor training programs while ensuring operational processes are effectively followed across outlets. This role ensures employee skills, compliance, and operational standards are consistently aligned with company goals. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and refresher sessions. Track KPIs related to training effectiveness, compliance, and process performance. Support performance monitoring by providing training insights and process feedback. Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure smooth execution of SOPs. Maintain training records, feedback forms, and process compliance checklists. Candidate Requirements Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration / HR / Hospitality Management. Experience: 2–3 years in training coordination, process management, or hospitality operations. Skills: Strong organizational and coordination ability, KPI tracking, MS Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, communication skills. Certifications (Preferred): Training & Development / Process Improvement.
