About The Team

Directly supports the Associate Learning & Development team at SSC-B. Providing content development support and maintenance of courseware as required. Work includes using a variety of authoring tools to translate detailed design documents into deliverables that support associate onboarding and development.

Job Summary

This role will work closely with India tech business units to advise the business on suitable learning solutions which will drive organizational performance whilst building strong relationships with a complex range of stakeholders, collaborating and challenging to ensure best learning solutions are delivered. This role also involves developing and facilitating behavioral programs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Consult leadership and key tech business stakeholders to design appropriate and effective learning interventions for tech.
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine training needs and work quickly to identify, build further improvements to Customer facing Learning curriculum.
  • Gain insights to the business, capability gaps and learning needs and demonstrates value of learning interventions by linking to the business objectives.
  • Consult into the business to help HR Business Partners and business leaders understand how to leverage standard talent processes to address their specific functional needs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for programs and ensure program effectiveness.
  • Develop and lead engaging and impactful virtual training sessions as well as instructor led sessions as required.
  • Work with the other L&D leads to drive our high performing team, and ensure standard competencies are integrated into our learning pathways.
  • Develop measures, benchmarks, or scorecards to monitor the effectiveness of learning and development efforts; apply these measures to drive progress in talent management and retention.
  • Consistently assess programs to ensure they are relevant to the needs of the changing business.
  • Challenge the status quo in segment and in central learning & development, to promote and drive the application of learning interventions and policy.

Years Of Experience

  • Overall HR or Equivalent experience of 4-6 years, out of which at least min 2 years of L&D Experience.
  • Experience in establishing credibility with HR Leaders and business executives through consulting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to bring innovative Learning & Development ideas and proposals to the team that can improve associate career development.
  • Self-starter, ability to learn fast and contribute.
  • Ability to build strong organizational knowledge and understanding of the current gaps within capability development.
  • Passion for career development, training, leadership, and helping associates develop to their fullest potential.
  • Team-orientated, engaging, and energetic.
