Role Overview

dynamic Training & Placement Officer (TPO)

Key Responsibilities1. Placement Tie-ups & Partnerships
  • Identify, connect, and build

    tie-ups with colleges, universities, and training institutes

    for placement services.
  • Sign MOUs with educational institutions to conduct

    recruitment drives, job fairs, and training workshops

    .
  • Create long-term relationships with

    college placement cells

    .
2. Recruitment Drives
  • Plan and execute

    on-campus & virtual recruitment drives

    with partner colleges.
  • Coordinate with HRs and recruiters to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Monitor and track placement outcomes and report performance metrics.
3. HR & Employer Onboarding
  • Reach out to

    corporates, startups, SMEs, and recruiters

    to onboard them on IgnifyCareers.com.
  • Conduct product demos and explain benefits of hiring through the platform.
  • Manage and support HR partners during recruitment cycles.
4. Student Engagement & Training Support
  • Assist in

    career counseling, resume building, interview preparation workshops

    at tie-up colleges.
  • Ensure students are job-ready by aligning training programs with employer needs.
  • Track student placement progress and share feedback with colleges.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of

    new college tie-ups

    per quarter.
  • Number of

    HRs / recruiters onboarded

    on the platform.
  • Number of

    placement drives conducted

    (online & offline).
  • Student placement conversion rate (%) through IgnifyCareers.com.
  • Satisfaction rating from partner colleges & recruiters.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM preferred in HR/Marketing/Education Management).
  • 3–6 years of experience in

    training & placements department

  • Strong

    networking and relationship management skills with HRs of

    BFSI, Pharma, Healthcare, Retail, IT Sectors.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (English + regional language preferred).
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in Recruitment with BFSI, Pharma, Healthcare, Retail, IT Sectors is an added advantage.
