Training and Placement Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a Training and Placement Officer at Raisoni Education. The Training and Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placement activities, organizing training programs to enhance student employability, and conducting college recruiting events. The officer will develop and maintain relationships with potential employers, arrange campus interviews, and assist students with career planning and soft skills enhancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement and College Recruiting
• Excellent Communication and Soft Skills
• Ability to develop and deliver Training programs
• Strong organizational and networking skills
• Ability to work effectively with students and employers
• Knowledge of the job market and industry trends
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
