As a Training & Placement Officer at our esteemed academic institution, your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with industry leaders and companies. You will be entrusted with the task of organizing campus recruitment drives, internships, and skill enhancement programs to ensure a high placement rate by aligning training programs with industry needs. Your role will involve guiding students on career opportunities, soft skills development, and facilitating the establishment of Centre of Excellence (CoEs) through collaborations with leading organizations. In this role, you will be expected to communicate effectively with university recruiters, organize placement-related activities, and provide guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating with internal faculty and leading overseas Universities to support students in their career aspirations both within national and international organizations. To excel in this position, you should hold a Ph.D./Masters Degree in Engineering/Management or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an academic setting. Your success in this role will be driven by your excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, along with a strong network in industries such as IT, engineering, and management sectors.
