What You'll Do

🎓 Design & Deliver Excellence

  • Create and facilitate engaging training sessions tailored to organizational needs
  • Lead new hire orientation, leadership development, and skill-building workshops
  • Develop modern training materials using instructional design principles
  • Continuously update content to align with business priorities and trends

📊 Measure & Optimize

  • Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics
  • Implement improvements to ensure optimal learning outcomes
  • Use data-driven approaches to measure training success

🤝 Collaborate & Influence

  • Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and align programs with goals
  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing learning initiatives
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning

🌱 Stay Current

  • Keep informed about latest trends in talent development
  • Explore innovative instructional technologies and methodologies


What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • 5+ years

    of experience in training, facilitation, or talent development
  • Proven ability to create and deliver effective learning solutions for new hires and leadership
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences including US audience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tools
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments

Nice to Have:

  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
  • Experience with eLearning tools and virtual training platforms
  • Knowledge of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) training practices
  • Training certifications (ATD, CPTD)
  • Background in change management or leadership coaching
